Coaching is not only a profession, it is also a trend and thus it has many faces. To learn about Coaching you can find one weekend workshops up to 2 years of education (approx. 16 to 20 workshops). The experience is, when you have started to work in this field, you will probably never stop developing yourself within it.

Goals

The workshop is designed to

provide you with constitutive knowledge about coaching theory, approaches and methods

qualify you to work as professional coach with appropriate expert knowledge as well as methodological skills

transfer coaching knowledge into your professional life - and furthermore

to develop awareness of your own behavior

Approaches

Coaching is not only a profession, it is also a trend and thus it has many faces. Due to this fact there are a wide range of different Coaching approaches. Each of these approaches might be useful in one or the other situation. In order to be flexible to the situation as well as most efficient and helpful for the client, it has turned out to be very useful to work holistic and thus apply a mixture of classic, systemic, neuro-linguistic and brain based coaching methods:

Classic Coaching: Focus on client him-/herself and his/her very own resources

Systemic Coaching: Focus on clients environment

Neuro-Linguistic-Coaching: Focus on clients congruence between subconscious and consciousness

Brain based Learning: Focus on how does the brain response

Applying all these methods with respect to the customer as a whole and ONLY up to his request, coaching can be one of the most effective people development tools I know.

8 x 2 days workshops (= 128 hours)

In addition 7 reflection sessions between the modules (each approx. 3 hours) to conduct coaching

including analysis and feedback, to repeat and to integrate knowledge into daily business
