Therefore I want to congratulate you – you are already farther than you think you are!

You did already the first big step – and that might be even the bravest one of all – you decided to work on your situation or better said on yourself. Therefore I want to thank you and congratulate you!

There are many options to develop yourself: alone, with others, in a team, training, coaching, mentoring, reading, listening to audio materials, learning by doing ... simply living. Probably the best is a good mixture of all. As we would say: 'Everything has its time.' Coaching Settings

Depending on your situation, time and place, Coaching can take place

by telephone/Skype/OOvoo
face to face (only possible at the destination I am currently located)

Duration of one Coaching Session

One single Coaching sessions lasts approximately 1 hour. Due to brain based learning this is a duration suitable to keep concentration and focus high, as well as this is a very good time in order to reach the next step to your solution, to your desired state. Like this you will be assured to receiving an outcome in each session.

Duration of a Coaching process

The duration of the whole consulting process is up to the coachees request(s). In my practice I do suggest a commitment for 10 sessions within 3 months and the freedom of the coach and the coachee to finalize the process at any time she or he wants.
