Hello and welcome. My name is Steffi Baermann and I am a professional Certified Coach and Trainer.

My passion in life is helping people grow. Thus as a professional Career Coach I support people, teams and organizations to optimize performance, use their full potentials, get clear and focused, make meaningful decisions as well as I support them to manage their daily work challenges - in order to become more satisfied, confident and happy in their role.

Since 2007 I am managing director, coach and trainer of denkerfolg. Due to the fast expansion on the international market I am using the English synonym of the German expression denkerfolg, which is thinkandGrow.
